L.Todd Aalbu, MPT, CSCS, PES
Born and raised in Everett, WA, Todd graduated from
Cascade High School in 1991. He graduated from Eastern
Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in
Human Biology in 1996, and Masters of Physical Therapy
in 1999. In 2002, Todd was Certified as a Strength and
Conditioning Specialist and earned his Performance
Enhancement Specialist certification with the National
Academy of Sports Medicine in 2009. Todd has completed
courses within the North American Institute of Manual
Therapy (NAIOMT), as well as many functional
rehabilitation courses with Gary Gray, PT and Vern
Gambetta. Having a particular interest in the treatment
and prevention of athletic injuries, Todd integrates
functional movement patterns into his rehab programs for
all injuries and dysfunction. Todd also specializes in
the design of performance enhancement strength and
conditioning programs. He also specializes in the
treatment of spinal and extremity disorders, and
incorporates therapeutic exercise and postural education
in treatment.
Before launching ProAction Physical Therapy, PLLC with
his wife, and Occupational Therapist Tamsie Aalbu, Todd
began his Physical Therapy career in Mukilteo, WA, and
managed a successful out-patient clinic for 5 years in
Lake Stevens, WA. When not in the clinic, Todd's passion
is slalom waterskiing and working with athletes within
the field. He has two children, daughter Elle, and son
Easton.

David
Scarth, MPT, CSCS
David
received his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from
U.S.C. in 1990, and his Bachelor’s Degree from Azusa
Pacific University in 1983. David has broadened his
skills over the last 18 years, and has vast experience
in treating outpatient sports/orthopedic injuries and
vestibular issues, with focus on restoring function to
individuals after injury, trauma, or surgery to the
spine or peripheral joints. He is currently pursuing his
Certification in Strength and Conditioning (CSCS)
through the National Strength and Conditioning
Association.
David grew up in Oregon, and resides in Arlington with
his wife Janet. They are blessed with four children,
Caleb, Karissa, Joshua, and Hannah. As well as being
active in their church, David also enjoys watching and
playing basketball, biking, golf, tennis, volleyball and
soccer. |

Kendra Frey,
DPT
Raised in the Pacific
Northwest and Europe, Kendra graduated from Kamiak High
School in 2001. She began her undergraduate course work
at the University of Washington and then transferred to
graduate from Loma Linda University in California with
her Bachelors of Health Science and Doctorate in
Physical Therapy in 2007. While in the PT program she
served as the class secretary and graduated with honors.
Kendra has particular interests in pediatrics and
orthopedic rehabilitation.
When not working, Kendra enjoys spending her time with
her husband, Peter and their dearly loved doodle, Tater.
Kendra also enjoys working/playing outdoors and working
on crafts or trying new gluten free/dairy free recipes. |

Gaby Guenther, LMPGaby moved to the United States
in 1993 from Germany where she graduated with an
international business degree from Munich College of
Trade, Finance, and Economics. In 1998, she graduated
with honors from Seattle School of Massage and began
work as a licensed massage practitioner. In 2000, she
was certified at the Foeldi clinic in Germany in manual
lymphatic drainage and decongestive physiotherapy after
Vodder. She has also attended workshops in pregnancy
massage, reflexology, polarity, positional release
techniques, and chronic pain treatment.
In her spare time, Gaby enjoys reading and traveling to
Europe with her husband, son, and daughter. |
