Therapist Bios

L. Todd Aalbu, MPT, CSCS, PES, CAFS
Born and raised in Everett, WA, Todd graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology in 1996, and Masters of Physical Therapy in 1999. In 2002, Todd was certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), earned his Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2009, was certified in Applied Functional Science (CAFS) with the Gray Institute in 2014, and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. Todd is a certified ASTYM provider, since 2000, a Bike Fit Specialist, and has completed courses within the North American Institute of Manual Therapy (NAIOMT), many functional rehabilitation courses with Gary Gray, PT and Vern Gambetta, as well as the Postural Restoration Institute. Having a particular interest in the treatment and prevention of athletic injuries, Todd integrates functional movement patterns into his rehab programs for all injuries and dysfunction. Todd specializes in the design of performance enhancement strength and conditioning programs, as well as in the treatment of spinal and extremity disorders, and incorporates therapeutic exercise and postural education in treatment.
Before launching ProAction Physical Therapy, PLLC, with his wife, and Occupational Therapist, Tamsie, Todd began his Physical Therapy career in Mukilteo, WA, and managed a successful out-patient clinic for 5 years in Lake Stevens, WA. When not in the clinic, Todd's passion is slalom waterskiing, working with athletes within the field, and spending time with his family.

David Scarth, MPT, CSCS
David received his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from U.S.C. in 1990, and his Bachelor’s Degree from Azusa Pacific University in 1983. David has broadened his skills over the last 33 years, and has vast experience in treating outpatient sports/orthopedic injuries and vestibular issues, with focus on restoring function to individuals after injury, trauma, or surgery to the spine or peripheral joints. David earned his Certification in Strength and Conditioning (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2010.
David grew up in Oregon, and resides in Arlington with his wife Janet. They are blessed with four children, Caleb, Karissa, Joshua, and Hannah. As well as being active in their church, David also enjoys watching and playing basketball, biking, golf, tennis, volleyball and soccer.
Collin Evans, PT, DPT
Collin grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology - Exercise Science in 2018. He completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Indianapolis in 2021. Several sports injuries as a kid is what created a passion for wanting to participate in the rehabilitation process of others and sparked his interest in physical therapy. Collin specializes in treating patients with low back pain, temporomandibular disorders, work-related injuries, total joint replacement and return to sport for all ages. He also has clinical interests including the athlete's knee and shoulder. Using his undergraduate and post-graduate studies and interests, he utilizes evidence based treatment strategies to develop rehabilitation programs that allow for patients to reach and exceed their goals.
Collin lives in Snohomish with his wife and enjoys many outdoor activities, such as camping, hiking, and alpine skiing.

Sonali Prasher, MPT
Sonali Prasher is a patient-centered physical therapist with a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Injuries (2013). With extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, overuse syndromes, workplace-related injuries, and degenerative diseases, she is committed to helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Her professional journey includes working at a renowned multi-specialty hospital in India, where she gained hands-on experience rehabilitating patients with traumatic muscular injuries and chronic conditions. Sonali takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to physical therapy, ensuring the best possible outcomes for her patients.
Sonali moved to the beautiful Pacific Northwest in 2016 and has fallen in love with the region’s natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her husband and daughter. As a close-knit family of three, they enjoy hiking, gardening, music, and craftwork, embracing every moment together.

Jenny Fronsman, PTA
Jenny has been practicing Physical Therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting since 2010. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Trinity Western University in 2008, and went on to obtain her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Olympic College in 2010.
Jenny is passionate about partnering with patients while walking through the healing process together and ultimately helping each individual return to living life to the full. Jenny enjoys working with a wide range of diagnoses and utilizes evidence based treatment to help each patient achieve their goals.
Jenny lives in Lake Stevens with her husband, young son and daughter, and two lively dogs. She has a deep love for community, being active outside in the beautiful PNW and good food. She is also involved in the Lake Stevens Young Life community and can often be found with a paint brush in hand working on home renovations.
